Increase the nighttime exposure of your signs by using our Reflective Aluminum. We take our .040 and .063 Aluminum and surface it with 3M Reflective Vinyl for the ultimate in outdoor sign visibility. This material should last 2-3 years before fading. .040 Aluminum is like 24 gauge steel, and as thick as 1 dime. Our .063 Aluminum is like 20 gauge steel, and as thick as a nickel. However in both cases, unlike steel, Aluminum won't rust.

24 gauge steel is a rigid material that does not bend or bow so panels will hang straight. The material comes with a thin galvanized coating for rust and corrosion resistance, and a white polyester coating covers galvanized coating for a high gloss white finish. Rusting WILL occur to any area of the sign where these protective coatings have been chipped, worn, or scratched. Steel is also a heavy material, so shipping fees will be higher than other materials.

This popular economic plastic material is .100 thick (i.e. about the thickness of 1 quarter and 1 nickel), extremely durable, and performs well in all weather conditions. Ink adhesion is excellent! Polyethylene signs should last 3 years in most conditions. Polyethylene, due to its natural properties, will "bow", sometimes being more apparent on darker sign panels and/or imprints, and as material ages. If this situation may cause you concern, it might be best to consider using an alternative material. Oakley Signs & Graphics will not be responsible to replace any poly material that bows.

This popular economic plastic material is .090 thick (i.e. about the thickness of 1 quarter and 1 nickel), very rigid, and has a nice matte finish. It hangs very straight which provides a nice touch to your sign.

This plastic material is .100 thick (i.e. about the thickness of 1 quarter and 1 nickel) with a high gloss finish. It is rigid and does not bend or bow, and weathers well. Great for hanging signs. Should last 3 years in most conditions.

This corrugated plastic material is 1/8" thick (i.e. about the thickness of 2 nickels). Non-Yellowing, lightweight, durable, weatherproof and inexpensive. Perfect for directional signs. Should last 12-18 months under most conditions.

This corrugated plastic material is very durable and rigid. It is a full 3/8" thick (i.e. about the thickness of 5 quarters), however it's fairly lightweight, and weatherproof. Perfect for hanging signs, commercials signs & heavy-duty directional signs. Should last 24 months under most conditions.

This vinyl material is .030 thick. Perfect for taking your message on the road. Adheres to steel car doors only (not plastic or abs). Can cause damage to the finish of your car if it is not properly maintained in accordance with our "Magnetic Care Guidelines".
