Increase the nighttime exposure of your signs by using our Reflective Aluminum. We take our .040 and .063 Aluminum and surface it with 3M Reflective Vinyl for the ultimate in outdoor sign visibility. This material should last 2-3 years before fading. .040 Aluminum is like 24 gauge steel, and as thick as 1 dime. Our .063 Aluminum is like 20 gauge steel, and as thick as a nickel. However in both cases, unlike steel, Aluminum won't rust.

Sign Shield is an Oakley-exclusive laminate film that greatly enhances the durability and longevity of your sign panels. This laminate creates a barrier between the ink on your panel and anything that might harm your imprint. While we can't guarantee your sign will not scratch, our internal testing showed that Sign Shield withstands repeated strikes from sharp objects without damaging the ink beneath it. Sign Shield will also greatly increase the lifespan of the ink on your panel. Lab testing has shown it can extend the lifespan of commercial ink by up to four years.

Polyethylene signs should last 3 years in most conditions. Polyethylene, due to its natural properties, will "bow", sometimes being more apparent on darker sign panels and/or imprints, and as material ages. If this situation may cause you concern, it might be best to consider using an alternative material. Oakley Signs & Graphics will not be responsible to replace any poly material that bows.

Sign Shield is an Oakley-exclusive laminate film that greatly enhances the durability and longevity of your sign panels. This laminate creates a barrier between the ink on your panel and anything that might harm your imprint. While we can't guarantee your sign will not scratch, our internal testing showed that Sign Shield withstands repeated strikes from sharp objects without damaging the ink beneath it. This popular economic plastic material is .100 thick (i.e. about the thickness of 1 quarter and 1 nickel), extremely durable, and performs well in all weather conditions. Ink adhesion is excellent! Polyethylene signs should last 3 years in most conditions. Polyethylene, due to its natural properties, will "bow", sometimes being more apparent on darker sign panels and/or imprints, and as material ages. If this situation may cause you concern, it might be best to consider using an alternative material. Oakley Signs & Graphics will not be responsible to replace any poly material that bows.

Sign Shield is an Oakley-exclusive laminate film that greatly enhances the durability and longevity of your sign panels. This laminate creates a barrier between the ink on your panel and anything that might harm your imprint. While we can't guarantee your sign will not scratch, our internal testing showed that Sign Shield withstands repeated strikes from sharp objects without damaging the ink beneath it. Sign Shield will also greatly increase the lifespan of the ink on your panel. Lab testing has shown it can extend the lifespan of commercial ink by up to four years.
