The Oakley Signs Referral Program offers users the opportunity to receive referral discounts on future Oakley Signs purchases by referring new customers to Oakley Signs. By participating in the Oakley Signs Referral Program, users agree to abide by these Referral Terms and Conditions and our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Referral Program: To participate, referrers ("Referrers") can visit www.oakleysign.com/ng/refer-a-friend to register and refer friends, family members or colleagues who have never made a purchase from Oakley Signs by following one of two methods: (1) complete the online instructions to enter the email address of a friend you wish to refer and an email will be sent to the friend by Oakley Signs containing your unique referral link ("Referral Link"); or (2) copying the Referral Link and sending it to friend(s) social media or your personal email account (a "Referral").

Each new customer you refer who registers for the Oakley Signs Referral Program using your Referral Link will receive a promo code redeemable for a one-time 55% discount off their first Oakley Signs purchase of 1-4 custom signs made prior to the promo code's expiration date (a "Referral Discount Code"). For each Qualifying Purchase (as defined below) made using the Referral Discount Code, you'll also receive a promo code redeemable for a one-time 55% discount off your next Oakley Signs purchase of 1-4 customs signs made prior to the promo code's expiration date (a "Referral Discount").

A "Qualifying Purchase" means a purchase made by a referred new customer using the Referral Discount Code that is not returned or cancelled within thirty (30) days of purchase. If a referred new customer makes a purchase using any other link or method, or returns all items purchased during the thirty (30) day period following the purchase date, the purchase will not count as a Qualifying Purchase and you will not earn a Referral Discount. Only one Referral Discount can be earned for each referred new customer. Any additional or subsequent purchases made by a referred new customer will not count as a Qualifying Purchase and you will not earn a Referral Discount for those purchases. In addition, only one Referral Discount Code may be redeemed by a referred new customer. Therefore, if multiple Referrers have referred the same friend, only one Referrer will be entitled to receive a Referral Discount and the friend will be eligible to redeem only one Referral Discount Code. The Referral Discount will be earned by the Referrer whose Referral Link was made to generate the Referral Discount Code that was redeemed in connection with a Qualifying Purchase. All other Referrals will automatically be invalidated. Referrers may refer up to ten referred new customers.

Eligibility: To be eligible to participate in the Oakley Signs Referral Program, Referrers must be at least 18 years old. Each referred friend must be new to Oakley Signs (can't already have an active or inactive Oakley Signs account), at least 18 years old, must register for the Oakley Signs Referral Program using the Referral Link, and make a Qualifying Purchase using the Referral Discount Code prior to the its expiration date.
