24 hour shipping on all available stock products
Stock products ordered before 1pm CST will ship the next day (not including Saturday or Sunday). Any stock products that are currently out of inventory will be back ordered and shipped separately when available. Stock products that are ordered with other custom printed products will ship together when the custom products are approved and completed for shipment.
3-day shipping or less on most orders
Most custom sign orders ship within 3 business days or less after customers approve their order. Customers approve their designs using our online design tool or for special custom design requests, through direct correspondence with our skilled in-house design team. If custom signs are ordered with available stock products, your items will all ship together based on when you approve your custom design(s).

Returns and Refunds.
Returns and refunds will only be accepted on unused stock products (i.e., frames, stock riders, etc.). We cannot accept any returns on customized or printed products. For the return of products we accept, we will refund your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs provided such return is made within thirty (30) days of the original shipment and provided further that any returned product is in "like new" condition when returned. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. A fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee will apply for returned products. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on our OSG Websites. Any refunds or credits due will be issued once the original item(s) have been returned, inspected, and restocked.
